Nestled in the heart of the Northwoods, it’s a place the groom’s family returns to multiple times a season, and it became the perfect place to share with one another. It was then decided on as a perfect setting for their wedding. With its serene lake views, sunny skies, and heartfelt moments, this celebration was as relaxed as it was unforgettable.

An Entrance to Remember

The couple and their wedding party prepared for the day in cozy local Airbnbs, embracing the warm and welcoming vibe of the town. In true Northwoods style, they arrived at their reception in ultimate fashion—a pontoon boat gliding across the sparkling lake. Guests cheered as the couple made their grand entrance during cocktail hour, enjoying refreshing drinks and pub mix while soaking in the gorgeous weather.

A Day Full of Joy and Laughter

Their ceremony took place at a charming local church, where our team ran the rehearsal the night before to ensure every detail was set. Come wedding day, we checked in while the girls were getting their hair and makeup done, then headed to the church and the Auditorium to complete setup.

With perfect sunny boating weather, the couple tied the knot surrounded by their loved ones. From there, the celebration began! Qdoba catered a delicious dinner, and close family friends ensured everyone had refreshments in hand. The couple kicked off the reception with a fun flip cup game, a quick trip to the buffet, and a romantic first dance on the Auditorium’s classic stage-turned-dance-floor.

Memorable Moments and Thoughtful Touches

This wedding was filled with small, meaningful moments that made the day feel extra special. Guests were treated to a Dairy Queen run next door, complete with popsicles, while the late-night snack station featured hot dogs and soft pretzels—a hit with everyone!

We also organized a group photo before the dancing began, creating a perfect keepsake for the couple. As the night went on, we boxed up decor, packed away tables and chairs, and left the venue clean and ready for the next day. The couple could enjoy their wedding weekend fully, with minimal cleanup and plenty of time for recovery and quality moments with their friends and family.
