The "Takeover" Package

You did the work—we’ll make sure it pays off. Wedding Management starts about 6–8 weeks out and lets you hand off everything so you can relax, dance, and soak it all in.

The "Just us (or a few of us)" package

For the couples keeping it cozy—with 75 guests or fewer, or no guests at all. Whether you're eloping at a scenic overlook, hosting a backyard bash, or celebrating with a small-but-mighty crew, this package makes sure the day runs smoothly so you can be fully present.
You handle the planning. We’ll handle the rest.

You've Got Q's, We've Got A's
How many hours of assistance is included for each package?
We spend up to 40 hours supporting our wedding management couples—tying up loose ends and ensuring everything runs smoothly in those final weeks. For partial planning, we typically spend around 80 hours, depending on when you book and how much support you’re looking for.
For our full planning couples? Let’s just say the limit does not exist (iykyk). Planning a wedding from start to finish can easily take 400+ hours, and we're with you every step of the way—handling the logistics so you can focus on the fun stuff.
Need a little more help? You can always add additional planning hours to any package, especially wedding management. We know sometimes you can get in over your head—we’re here to back you up.
What if I already have some vendors?
Amazing! We’ll work with whoever you’ve booked and help fill in any gaps. Our job is to make the whole team flow smoothly and bring your vision together, no matter where you are in the process.
Do I need both a planner and a coordinator?
Not necessarily. If you want guidance throughout the planning process, a planner is your go-to. If you just need help on the day itself, a coordinator (aka wedding management) might be perfect. We offer both—separately or together!
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and day of coordinator?
A venue coordinator is there for the venue. We’re there for you! Think- your venue will handle tables, chairs, trash and when your drinks spill but we will fix your bustle, create your timeline, handle your decor setup and make sure your drink is full all night!
What if I'm not a 'wedding person'?
Perfect. Neither are we. Let’s make it something that feels fun, not forced. You wanna skip the bouquet toss? Done. You want to have a ceremony at home before your reception? Say less. You want to have food stations instead of a sit down dinner? Let's chat about it!
How early should I book my planner?
As early as you’re ready—we book 12–18 months out, but sometimes we’ve got last-minute availability.
Can you handle a backyard wedding?
Absolutely—we thrive in backyard and private estate settings. Whether it’s your childhood home or your grandma’s lake house, we’ll help transform it into a celebration-ready space with the right flow, rentals, staffing, and planning support.
