✨ Tips for a Killer Sparkler Exit ✨

1. Go Big with Sparklers – Get the long ones (20-36 inches) so your moment lasts longer and looks amazing in pics.

2. Pre-Light ‘Em – No one wants to stand around waiting. We usually handle the lighting, so you can just focus on the fun!

3. Perfect Timing – Work with your photographer to get that perfect shot when the sparklers are in full effect.

4. Stay Safe – Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby to toss the used sparklers in. Safety first!

5. Strut Your Stuff – Practice your exit walk—smooth and steady always looks best on camera.

6. Clear the Path – Make sure your guests have plenty of space to create a killer sparkler tunnel.

7. Tell Your Guests What’s Up – Give them the 411 on when and where to hold their sparklers for maximum impact.

How darling are these sparkling garlands with floating LED candles for Amanda and JDs winter wedding ceremony? 🤗✨

A+J came to me almost a year ago with their winter wedding vision and I fell in love immediately!

The couple had no idea what to do with their garland or candles after the ceremony so our team chose to repurpose them to different areas of the space like their sweetheart table and the base of their signage after their ceremony!

There was a ton of glitter but it was so worth it in the end- even if that means I have to vacuum glitter from my car for the next 6 months 🤪

TIP FOR GLITTER: Use a wet napkin or cloth to wipe it from the ground or linens! It almost always does the trick!

From managing unexpected weather changes to coordinating with multiple vendors on a remote site, there’s a lot that can go wrong.

I recently had the privilege of planning a beautiful private estate wedding in October, and even though the views were breathtaking, we faced a few challenges that required quick thinking and precise coordination to ensure everything went smoothly.

The real reason these weddings sometimes don’t live up to the dream? It’s the behind-the-scenes planning that makes it all come together. If you’re considering a private estate wedding, here are a few things to keep in mind to make your dream day come true…

1) Ensure you have a plan for your table and chair set up! Without this, your guests will have to move all of their chairs on their own! You don’t have venue staff to do this for you and your planning and coordination team will have to charge you to account for the labor and time it takes to move things around- especially during high volume times.

2) Check your inventory for EVERYTHING. This goes for napkins, linens, alcohol, n/a beverages, decor- all of it! If you thought you had everything ready, check again! I’ve had a few couples this past year forget about having accessible water for their guests- it happens! Make sure you’re prepared, and it never hurts to double check!

3) Ensure your vendors have easy access to all areas or spaces necessary for their job. If you have someone handling the trash for your event, make sure they know where it is going and how it can get there if it’s not right beside your event site. If you have ice in a different area, make sure your bartenders and catering staff know where to find it! Sometimes it’s easier getting a refrigerated trailer or extra coolers for this reason! I can almost guarantee your vendors will not be able to leave their stations for 10+ minutes tracking down these items without things falling behind. So make it convenient!

The signage from their proposal, a cookbook guest book, and cards and gift table combined! I say it all the time but we love when couples personalize their weddings ❤️

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁

There is so much I’m thankful for this year as a small business owner, dog mom, wife, friend and more. To name a few things though:

+ our couples that trust us to execute their wedding days without a hitch
+ expanding the team by not one but two this year
+ learning what works, what doesn’t, and how to grow from that
+ collaborating with dozens of amazing vendors and venues
+ getting married myself this last August and having the best vendors, friends, family and day ever!!!
+ buying a home with my husband in October and moving in before the holidays
+ traveling and experiencing new things like snorkeling, cruising, and dancing on elevators
+ so much more!

What’s is something you’re thankful for this year?

They put so much into their day, from their charcuterie cups, signage, tattoo station, details, cake (iykyk) and more!

Was definitely a day for the books, and I think my husband and I had over 30,000 steps each at the end of the night 🤣 Their setup was beautiful. We set out their bud vases, alternative tables, hung their Photo Booth sign, ran to the store to get a new cake, set up a ranch fountain, coordinated cleanup at the end of the night + so much more!

Would do it 1000x over if we could. We love coordinating and planning, esp for couples who are truly our people ❤️🥹 Couldn’t be more blessed!

Chris and Elsa’s wedding day was so fun to be a part of! My husband and I actually worked their wedding together shortly before we tied the knot! We took the scenic route to La Crosse, ran their rehearsal the night before and got there bright and early to start setting up!

They had bud vases, a disco ball (slay), a tattoo station, crossword, charcuterie cups and more! We ensured the day flowed smoothly, people were satiated before dinner, and staying cool from the 90 degree heat 🤪

We packed everything up at the end of the night and helped navigate breaking down chairs and tables, packing up their trailer and more! It was an honor ❤️

We hustled back the next morning for my little brothers baptism but for sure would have loved to enjoy the area a bit more! 🥹
